These vets are the best. They really love what they do and it shows. We have been going to Happistance for 13 years now and would never dream of going anywhere else!

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here? Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

They were very entertaining! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
