Great concept but payments have been wrong and late, with unfulfilled promises to rectify the problem. Fine if you don't really need the rent money in a timely manner, but not if you rely on it.
DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE! When they asked for my income I decided to cancel the membership. However they already had my phone number! I blocked them and they continue to harass me on a weekly basis! It goes to voicemail! iPhone still allows calls to be placed to voicemail when blocked. NEVER use this service!
My stay at Happipad was excellent—truly five stars! The staff were all very nice, and my accommodation was smooth. I especially appreciated the background checks for everyone I stayed with.
