Staff are nice and patient
This place has excellent costumer service and they are very helpful and in guiding me through the process of check ups and appointments.
This place is truly a great and safe space for you and your kids, I highly recommend they are cooperative and will help you if needed
My daughter has been coming to Happiness Pediatrics since birth. Dr. Ooi has been very patient and great with my daughter. The wait is usually not that long. I am very happy with this clinic.
Very Bad Service! Extremely disappointed with this place. I clearly told the doctor that my daughter needed an allergy test. They took her blood but forgot to do the allergy test! How does this even happen? And now we have to go through the whole process again. This shows a serious lack of communication, attention, and professionalism. Terrible service. Completely unacceptable. I will never come back and definitely do not recommend this place.
