First time there walked in for a pedicure. Was fantastic Came back a second time for a pedicure decided to also get my nails done. Average experience - nails were mixed matched shaped, sloppy polish job but not the end of the world Went in again with the same nail tech lilly , she starts to put dip on my nails. I stopped her to correct her that I don't do dip, she proceeds to tell me that it's better than what I was doing and I'm going to like it. Waited for 20 minutes- all I needed was a polish change. She seemed annoyed that I wasn’t getting anything more than that. She did not cut or file my nails, just painted them . It literally took her less than five minutes and they charged me $18 for that.

I made an appointment specifically for acrylic nails. Despite my repeated requests, the technician insisted on using dip powder, claiming it was “better.” It’s important for customers to be able to choose the service they want. I’m disappointed with the lack of respect for my preference and won’t be returning to this salon.
