They were awful. Did not listen to what I wanted when I said I wanted short nails. They only lasted 3 days for something I paid $80 for. And then they blamed my nails, even though their nail tech was inexperienced with club thumb nails. Nails weren’t even, shape was round when I wanted almond. I asked for basic nails and the guy failed. My thumb popped off while I was getting ready for work. They also had my review deleted previously so I am re-writing it.
I used to come here all the time but lately my gel nails (mani and/or pedi) do not last very long! By the next day they’re already chipped and cracked. The way they paint the nails are uneven and splotchy. I always ask if they can shape my nails a certain way and they never do. It’s a shame their quality has gone down.
I love getting my nails done here! I make an appointment with Jenny every 2 weeks like clockwork and I’m always so happy with the results.
She’s very professional and clean, making sure all tools are sanitized and the work area is spotless. I always feel safe in her hands.
Kim has a great eye for design. She recreated the inspiration photo I showed her even better than expected.
