I asked to add acrylic to make my toe nails longer when the man started to cut my nails I told him I wanted them longer her told me he would make them longer with acrylic even charged me extra for the acrylic my toe nails are so short they hurt and this is after applying the acrylic to the toes

I left crushed after my nail service here. I have never been so disappointed and it was with customer service and quality of the services. Day of Rambo was very upset with me because I requested acrylics with regular polish. He tried to convince me 6 times to switch to gel. Got visibly upset after I stayed firm with my decision. They were awful. Did not listen to what I wanted when I said I wanted short nails. They only lasted 3 days for something I paid $80 for. And then they blamed my nails, even though their nail tech was inexperienced with club thumb nails. Nails weren’t even, shape was round when I wanted almond. I asked for basic nails and the guy failed. My thumb popped off while I was getting ready for work. They also had my review deleted previously so I am re-writing it.
