I’m a regular on and off, as most of the staff is great but every few months I get the WORST. Inconsistent. Today I had a young girl, Lynn, she watched a movie on her phone while giving me the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the delux/best option and she awkwardly rubbed a ton of cooling jel on me and left it on… I had to ask her to wash me off because she just left it like that. Did not give me the full time. This is my third time at this nail salon and I have an excellent experience every single time. The staff is kind and flexible, efficient and fast and the prices are great. I’ve gotten amazing gel manicures and pedicures and the neck/shoulder massage I got today with my royal pedicure was unbelievably soooo relaxing! They take great care of me everytime I come in.
My last manicure was the worse yet. I try to give them a chance to do a good job and they have failed lately and tired of giving these people my business and my money. They do not care about giving good service. Manicure lasted 3 days. Awful. Awful. Awful.
Always a great experience. Never touch anything when you leave! Nails take time to really cure and dry!
