If I could write 0 stars I would. My daughter just got her fake nails removed and manicure after and the guy was literally ripping off her fake nails with another acrylic nail as she had tears in her eyes. I had to call me in and ask him to use acetone soak and he said it would take longer. I told him it, longer is fine, what you are doing hurts her. I’m a regular on and off, as most of the staff is great but every few months I get the WORST. Inconsistent. Today I had a young girl, Lynn, she watched a movie on her phone while giving me the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the delux/best option and she awkwardly rubbed a ton of cooling jel on me and left it on… I had to ask her to wash me off because she just left it like that. Did not give me the full time.
