My experience at Happiness Nails amazing! The service was top-notch, and the salon itself is elegant, spotless, and so welcoming. The staff was so friendly, kind, and genuinely caring, making the whole visit feel special. Highly recommend . You cannot replace that kind of genuine service. I've gone twice, ONLY bc I wanted my nails done and my usual nail tech wasn't available. Failed both times. First time, I didn't want gel but you can hear them all talking about how I didnt want gel. I was the only one there. I go to feel pampered and that was anything but that. Second time, I got gel x bc I wanted to see if they did any better than I can do at home (they didn't). It's barely my third day & look at this??? I'm never going back to this place. Honestly I stopped coming here since the past Asian(Kelly) owner. Now They're using cheap stuff & gel doesn't last. $35 for this? & im very generous with tips. I can't believe I gave them a second chance, for what? Never again going to Happiness nails. Don't waste your money here...! I don’t recommend it.

I can no longer in good conscience recommend this place after my last experience. I need to pay better attention to what I'm doing because not everyone is honest. I was tired and distracted while trying to pay and ended up paying double in cash. I had given her a $100 and asked for change (i.e. break the 100 for me), but she brought me back the difference. I was flustered trying to figure out payment and tip and grabbed 2 of the $20 from the change, another $20 from my wallet and then another $3 from my wallet to hand her $6... read more
