Had a great time. Beautiful, unique dresses. Not your average dress options. Clean, well lit establishment with a sizeable dressing room and knowledgeable attendants. Didn't buy a dress from here but it was simply because I didn't find "the one". Best option In town for sure.
I have heard wonderful things about Happily Ever After, but after visiting yesterday I was very disappointed. I had set up a 430 appointment and got there around 415, and was told they were still with a client and to come back in 20 minutes, which wasn't a big deal. We shopped at some boutiques while we waited and returned back at 430, the time we set our appointment . A week ago we visited Happily Ever After as our last stop before making our decision on my daughter's wedding gown. We had been to a several stores already. This shop is the first place we visited among all those in the Shreveport-Bossier area that had the style gown we were looking for. They went out of their way to make a phone call to see if there was any way to get the gown quickly since they were not showing one in stock. The dress has been ordered and should be here next month. This place is wonderful. The customer service is top notch - Dionne will make you feel so special. They have beautiful gowns at great prices. If I had the dress shopping to do all over again, this is exactly where I would go. I highly recommend it!!
Where do I start? I cannot say enough great things about Happily Ever After Bridal in Shreveport and their staff. They provided me with the most amazing wedding dress shopping experience I could ever ask for! First of all, you have to make an appointment on Saturdays which I appreciated because I was the only bride there at my appointed time with my crew (Mom, MOH, Sister, and soon to be Mother-In-Law) who had a cute comfy couch to sit on while watching me try on dresses. My daughter gave us only 8 weeks to plan the wedding. The first thing that we did was shop for the dress. Happily Ever After was the second shop we visited, the first shop left us with a cold feeling. We loved the staff at Happily Ever After - my daughter explained what she wanted and the dresses they pulled were perfect. When she stepped out of the dressing room in dress #4. I knew she had found "the dress". We stopped looking for the dress and added assessories.
I was very nervous to look for a dress but Dionne was the most helpful wonderful and sweet person to work with through the whole experience! I dont think I could have asked for a better person! The shop was awesome so many dresses to choose from and I felt very comfortable. Dionne picked out most of my dresses and was very attentive to what I wanted and didnt want.
