It's a great workout that can be modified to your own needs. Not only do you get a great workout by amazing instructors. You build great relationships with many people. I'm always in a better mood when I leave class. It's fun to see the same people at class sweating with me every week!
A few months ago, I was wanting to start learning yoga. I didn't know where to start, so I asked on the Elko New Market page if anyone knew of where to go for yoga. I had so many responses and they were all talking about the gentle yoga class that Marie Fredrickson was leading. Anna does a great job maintaining a variety of classes throughout the week. I love pairing the more intense classes like barre and yoga sculpt with Marie's gentle yoga. Monday night has become one of the highlights of my work week. All of the instructors and members are welcoming, committed and supportive. I never imagined such an awesome studio would come to Elko New Market. So thankful for Happi Haven!! It's also reasonably priced, go check it out if you haven't yet!
So many positives with HappiHaven - Encouraging instructors, fun variety of classes and not having to drive far to get a workout in! Highly recommend checking it out!
I have had a great experience at Happi Haven! The instructors are motivating and positive! I always get a great workout! I have done yoga sculpt with Nicole, and Zumba with Lori and Anna. I love them all!
I was intimidated and nervous to work out in front of a group but everyone was so welcoming and encouraging at HappiHaven. Classes are small and the studio is very clean. I have gone to Gentle Yoga, Haven Barre and Yoga sculpt and all were great classes. Such a good variety and I definitely felt the burn (in a good way). I look forward to taking more classes and continuing on my path of healthy living. Thank you HappiHaven!
