Not my first time here and always loved it! My experience today was upsetting unfortunately. I don’t know if it’s because i came in 55 minutes before closing but I came in hoping to get a basic pedicure. I left being charged $45 and no lotion massage. I was told that it was because i had acrylic on both my big toes that needed trimming and filing so she didn’t charge me for that. Went in to the shop for the first time today & got a gel pedicure. I was kindly greeted at the door & sat down promptly upon arrival. They had a vast range of gel colors to choose from & I found their pedicures priced affordably (w/gel is an additional charge). I’ve gotten more expensive pedicures at other locations. Didn’t catch the name of the sweet lady who did my nails, but she did a great job! I’d post a pic but I don’t do feet pics Will definitely be back for another pedi.

I gave this place two chances and both times were awful. The constant upselling is aggressive and makes the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, I didn’t receive the full pedicure service I paid for and was still charged full price. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money.

They will rush you out EVERYTIME. This last time I came my pedicure came out awful! My nails weren’t even completely painted. Chunks of nail not painted. Called for a refund & they don’t give out refunds. Only discounts. Lady was BEYOND RUDE over the phone. Awful experience. Will never come here again. Go elsewhere.

Great appointment today! Visiting the salon is one of most relaxing things i do! Very clean and they run on time. Excellent manager and staff.
