Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk at this salon has been very disappointing. I’ve also had friends who had negative experiences with the same receptionist in the past. I called specifically to book a gel manicure with Tara, who is excellent and, in my opinion, the best nail technician there. I was told that Tara did not do gel manicures. I come here often and its always such a welcoming and comfortable experience! Everyone was so nice, and the nail art ALWAYS turns out soso good, Ive never been disappointed
Been there two times, never again, lackadaisical in their craft.
I've been to many nail salons around town but this is my favorite. I get the dip nails and Michael is the best! He has never scratched me with any tools and my nails haven't chipped or split ever. Highly recommended!
Not my first time here and always loved it! My experience today was upsetting unfortunately. I don’t know if it’s because i came in 55 minutes before closing but I came in hoping to get a basic pedicure. I left being charged $45 and no lotion massage. I was told that it was because i had acrylic on both my big toes that needed trimming and filing so she didn’t charge me for that.
