My family and I were very pleased with the service provided by Happier at Home. The owner was also very easy to work with. The aide was so good with my dad. She had a natural ability to sense my dad's needs and act. She was not afraid of him, was always calm and comforting even when he was agitated. I would highly recommend them 5 stars
Happier at Home solved our immediate need for care immediately! It was truly impressive. I called him at noon and arranged 16 hours of care 7 days a week starting that day at 3:00. Plus he made some professional suggestions that solved another major need. PLUS the aides were great! A+ in efficiency, capacity and humanity. I wholeheartedly recommend Happier at Home.

Happier at Home was amazing! They really came through in a pinch. They exceeded every expectation that we had ,and our family was highly impressed with the staff. The level of care and compassion was so appreciated and refreshing. We would recommend them every time!
Unfortunately the many attempts to schedule much needed care for my elderly parents was beyond what this company could do. A lack of communication, no show by the scheduled aide left them with a mistrust of the process.
Happier@Home has been great! Trent really listened to what we needed in terms of some extra help for my mom around the house when I was working and he had the right person for us. We love the flexibility in scheduling that they allow and how easy our aide is to work with. She really keeps mom going and engaged for the time she is here and is a hard worker, always looking for little ways to bring value added services to her caring for mom.
