Lynsey N. At Queensgate was so pleasant and so very helpful. We came in just before closing thinking it would be quick, bylut the scope of our request changed a bit, she stayed a bit later and got us taken care of - awesome service!
Hapo failed to mail my disabled aunt's new debit card. I brought her in to get a new one at the Duportail location and then they failed to give her ID back. They called me after hours to let me know and said I would be authorized to pick up her ID without her present anytime during normal business hours. I went in on my limited free time and was told they would not release her ID. I am the representative payee on the account, I have power of attorney for her, and they said no exceptions would be made. I will be finding anoth... read more
