I am extremely disappointed with my food order here I specifically ordered my food well done, but it was rare. Receiving undercooked food is unacceptable, especially when it was clearly ordered well done. To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant to address the issue, the manager told me there was nothing she could do and then hung up on me. Shogun chicken meal was very good. Portion was great, service was extremely fast and the environment of the restaurant was fairly quiet and very clean.
