We found Hanzo Japanese Steakhouse by accident and decided to give it a try, and we’re so glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. Our waitress recommended the hibachi for two, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was our favorite—it had so much flavor! Maybe I am to city for this place but it left me disappointed. Maybe it is the best that Albany has? I got Nabeyaki Udon and they didn't have togarashi, it was the blandeat and most disappointing noodles ever. Only slivers of veggies, carrots and cabbage, no greens, the chicken was slimy, egg overcooked, and mushrooms so huge. The chicken and broccoli was super sweet and the carrots tasted like freezer.
