The front office staff is horrible, you call and they say we need a call back number and we will call you back by the end of the day. So if you need an urgent response they don’t want to help you and every time they say that no one calls you back. It’s so frustrating! I won’t be going there
I have been to Dr Hanzlik for several years and do not agree with any of the negative comments about him/practice. I have never had a negative situation with him or staff. He did some eye surgery for me and went real well. Guess some people expect more than what is normal. I would not hesitate to recommend him or his office.
He is wonderful, I had 5 people from church who recommended him
Excellent doctor highly recommended. The staff is great.
