We purchased three triple King Palm in boxes in July 2014. All three have died, starting in September 2014. They did replace two of them with smaller 15 Gallon palms but now, for the past three months they are not returning my phone calls. I am very disgusted with the quality of the palms we received and am insulted that they are not even returning my calls. BEWARE.
Great variety, owner's very helpful and knowledgable.
