I referred both of my parents to Dr. Nasr's office. He was a saving grace initially, but the quality of care has gone downhill tremendously. It seems as though he's more focused on opening new office locations than he is on patient care on managing his existing office staff. My dad was in a significant pain flare and tried to get in for an appointment, but the office staff would never get him in and Dr. Nasr failed to call for several phone visits. My spouse goes with me to every appointment, and today she was not allowed in, they could have said so when calling to confirm.

It took months just to get an appointment. I arrived 15min early only to find close to 12 people waiting in beyond freezing air conditioning. Most people were quite elderly and obviously very cold while forced to wait. I found out when I tried to check in that all those people were still waiting ahead of me. I refuse to have some doctor think it’s okay to treat patients like their time is not valuable. It is utterly disrespectful to people to allow your staff to over book and stack appointments.
