I referred both of my parents to Dr. Nasr's office. He was a saving grace initially, but the quality of care has gone downhill tremendously. It seems as though he's more focused on opening new office locations than he is on patient care on managing his existing office staff. My dad was in a significant pain flare and tried to get in for an appointment, but the office staff would never get him in and Dr. Nasr failed to call for several phone visits. Dr. Nasr is the only doctor that has helped me with my pain. I have been in consistent pain for 10 years after an injury. I was losing hope. His office staff are great.

Terrible communication, I only agreed to one injection and instead he made 3 very painful injections that went far passed my deductible. Then rudely argued trying to preform more injections while using false terminology referring to a lower lumbar fusion as “removing the discs” and “taking out vertebrae”. I truly hope my experience was an isolated incident.
