I met with Dr. Bedair on 12/2/25. I was hoping for a partial knee replacement but he confirmed I needed a TKR. I asked if I would need surgery again in 20 years because of my age and he said no, better materials are used now. I asked if my other knee would get worse from favoring it and he said no because I would be walking on the revised knee. Dr. Bedair and his entire staff are wonderful. My surgery was at 6:45 a.m. at the Waltham location of MGH and I was home (walking) by noon. Nearly 7 weeks later, I have good mobility and no pain. I'm glad I chose Dr. Bedair. My scar isn't even ugly!
I had one very strange case with bones growing in my knee and he cut them out and told me within one year I'd come back begging for a knee replacement....14 yrs later I'm getting my knee replacement with him.. Don't be sceptical..this guys knows exactly what to do..He's my only hope to better my life nobody else will touch my knee because of risk of infection..****Don't think twice about seeing him just do it
