I chose the right company! I chose the right company. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, and my roofers were extremely professional and went above and beyond their duty. For example, I got stuck in my driveway (twice), and my roofers (Tim and J.T.) helped me get out - and helped several of my neighbors out, as well. They were there at the times they said they would be, kept in communication with me, didn't leave to take long breaks (although I wouldn't have blamed them - it was freezing outside), and did an excellent jo... read more

Liked them better than Wallside I cannot think of any area requiring improvement. They were great. I was satisfied with their workmanship and how quickly the window was installed. I called Walside but I liked the customer service at Hansons better. I was going to do it myself, but then I saw their ad on TV.

Our 2nd experience with Hansons Windows We just had Hansons windows installed for the second time into our new home, as our previous experience had gone so well. The quality product, excellent installation and service made us choose to call 1-800-HANSONS again. The salesman and installers were very courteous and knowledgeable as well. We couldn’t be happier.

Nice sales experience I had a sales representative come out for an estimate from Hansons Windows, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that I didn’t feel like he was trying to hide anything. Additionally, the Hansons rep knew his competition well and did not pressure us to buy. Once we had our Hansons windows installed, the professionalism all around (including the installers) was much appreciated. Great service My service request at Hansons Windows was promptly addressed in an efficient and competent manner. I was so happy to get an issue resolved quickly and to be treated with the utmost respect. I am still receiving compliments on the siding Hansons installed over 5 years ago, and can’t express how grateful I am to have chosen a company that stands behind their word. I will call 1-800-HANSONS when we choose to replace our windows.

Extraordinary Experience The experience we have had so far dealing with Hansons Windows has been extraordinary. Everyone, from the customer service reps to Alex our salesperson, has been extremely helpful and informative. I look forward to working with Hansons again when I replace the windows in my home, and also plan on having the gutters replaced, too. Hansons Windows is a reputable, honest company with hard-working employees.

Great Windows, Fabulous Service The Hansons Windows sales representative came to our home and we thought he was excellent. At that point we knew that Hansons was going to be our final choice. He told us about the energy efficient windows that Hansons offers and how they could save us money down the road. We then had Hansons install the new windows in our home.
