Service manager is above 5 stars...Will Roberts. I previously posted a review for Duke with the wrong name. I posted, "Will Rogers" instead of Will Roberts.
Scott Riper, as usual, provided great service. Our family has been leasing and purchasing through Spritzer for years and will continue to as long as folks like JR and Scott are there.
These folks are great. Buying my car was easy and the service department has taken care of me for years. I highly recommend this dealership.
Worst dealership Experience I ever had to deal with called about a truck and they said they had it but I called back and told them I ended up with a back problem so they told me I had to put a deposit down so I did on Saturday they called on Monday morning I told them I was at the chiropractor the man I talked to said I should come down in the afternoon when I could started down around 3:00 got a call about 3:30 from some woman and said I didn’t make my appointment and they are going to sell the truck second time I tried to ... read more
I was first in line to order the c8 corvette over a year ago with Antony the salesperson, deposit down everything, I always keep in touch with the salesman, constantly he tells me everythings alright, however everyone I know is receiving their 2022 c8’s, everyone’s telling me where’s yours.? Darren P and Nick did an amazing job on getting me the car I wanted and at a price I was okay with. They also played me a birthday song for my birthday.
My husband and I purchased a 2012 Ford F-150 at the end of October after waiting several weeks for the truck to be ready to be picked up. Upon leaving the dealership my husband realized that there were issues with the air conditioning. We contacted the sales associate immediately via text explaining what was going on. 𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗗: Don Mealey Chevrolet of Clermont, FL at all costs. Their service department (whom had possession of my new 2021 Tahoe for 3 weeks due to a recall) caused front end damage to my front bumper which was custom painted black to hide the chrome accents. They also caused damage (scratches and a curb dent) to 1 of my custom 26” rims ($1,200 per rim), and that’s not even including the satin paint job that I had paid $250 (per rim) for. I brought my car in for it's 100,000 mile tune-up. My service advisor, Mike, got me scheduled quickly and helped me figure out everything that needed to be done to ensure my car will be running smoothly for years to come. Drop-off was fast and easy. They identified some issues with my brakes as well, contacted me before proceeding, and were still able to get them fixed up and get my car back to me before the quoted pick-up time.
