Had a 9am appointment for a recall that Olympia Subaru had emailed us about. My wife sat in line as several drive ups were helped before her. Meanwhile, I waited in my truck as the recall email told us it would have to be there for most of the day. Eventually the manager came over and told my wife that he wasn't aware of any recall and probably didn't have parts for it anyway and that they were slammed. New manager= new price hikes.
Would like to say they were good but the service was awful. Dropped my car off for an oil change/tire rotation at 9am. Told it would be an hour and a half. 11:33 , I'm still sitting and waiting with no communication. At 10:45 they told me 20 minutes. I don't understand the purpose of making an appointment. I've wasted 4 hours of my Saturday morning for a simple oil change at a dealership. Very frustrating.
Just expensive beyond reason. A simple oil change is quoted as $120 + tax. But be aware that they will tack on an additional $7 for "shop supplies," so in reality it's $127 and comes to $140 with tax. For an oil change. Without tire rotation. I won't even get started on the quoted costs for replacing cabin/engine air filters, since all dealerships price gouge these particular items.
