Would like to say they were good but the service was awful. Dropped my car off for an oil change/tire rotation at 9am. Told it would be an hour and a half. 11:33 , I'm still sitting and waiting with no communication. At 10:45 they told me 20 minutes. I don't understand the purpose of making an appointment. I've wasted 4 hours of my Saturday morning for a simple oil change at a dealership. Very frustrating.
Just expensive beyond reason. A simple oil change is quoted as $120 + tax. But be aware that they will tack on an additional $7 for "shop supplies," so in reality it's $127 and comes to $140 with tax. For an oil change. Without tire rotation. I won't even get started on the quoted costs for replacing cabin/engine air filters, since all dealerships price gouge these particular items.
They’re very helpful and kind. Very knowable and fast with their services
Customer service is on point 🤣 Couldn’t find parking so I called the service department to see if I can park someplace that I won’t get yelled at for. And the response I get “sorry what would you like me to do” so professional 👏🏻
