Terrible service. I went there since my car was having issues and it is under warranty John couldn’t find my warranty told me to call my Subaru find out. He was extremely rude and disregarded me. I called my Subaru and they said he could’ve looked it up and my Subaru helped. I will never go to Olympia Subaru for anything.
Absolutely the worst dealership service exprience in all my years, and that's saying a lot. They had my less than 1-year-old Crosstrek for an entire MONTH to diagnose and fix a noise in the frame/suspension that is still unresolved after 3 invasive "repairs." Unnecessary replacement of a CV axle. Unnecessary replacement of a strut. And unnecessary removal of my bumper to access a bolt that supposedly wasn't torqued. I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester. After 18 years, it was time to let my old Forester go and get a new or newer one. I do not like the process of car shopping and buying! Fantastic customer service
Had a 9am appointment for a recall that Olympia Subaru had emailed us about. My wife sat in line as several drive ups were helped before her. Meanwhile, I waited in my truck as the recall email told us it would have to be there for most of the day. Eventually the manager came over and told my wife that he wasn't aware of any recall and probably didn't have parts for it anyway and that they were slammed.
