Wait time is longer then most dealerships not a fan of that however Loyd (service writer)was professional, polite and great to work with. Not sure I’ll go back though
Gavin assisted my wife, Elisabeth, and I (Ray) today for our scheduled oil change + tire rotation. We were offered a couple of air filter changes but decided to do those ourselves and weren’t unnecessarily pressured to get them done here. They said it would take an hour and it took 55 minutes. Prompt and friendly upon arrival, during “checkout,” and even walked us to our car after payment. We’ve been here several times for routine service and had great experiences every time. Fast, quick service
Terrible service. I went there since my car was having issues and it is under warranty John couldn’t find my warranty told me to call my Subaru find out. He was extremely rude and disregarded me. I called my Subaru and they said he could’ve looked it up and my Subaru helped. I will never go to Olympia Subaru for anything.
