Awesome customer service! Lloyd was very patient and knowledgeable. When they work on your car, they send an electronic invoice with video about what you should repair. No pressure repairs. The only thing I was annoyed with was they charge $64 for a cabin filter and $50.95 for an engine air filter. I purchased both services, but both can be replaced in about 15 minutes for $25 for both filters yourself. However, they did include a "multi-point inspection and wheel torque specs" for free. Overall, it was a good experience!
I had a great experience at Olympia Subaru, and I can’t say enough good things about Joshua Roots. Called 2 weeks ahead to schedule an oil change for my Subaru, I was given a date and time (11:30) and that a tire rotation was also included, and it would take about 45 minutes (according to the scheduler). When I arrived, I was told it may be an hour and a half to 2 hours due to lunch breaks for their mechanics (with an apology). They tried to sell me a car for more than their own listed price. Misleading, trying to trick people by hiding things in numbers. I saw a Subaru Impreza Sports 2024 ex loaner CPO with 11000 miles listed for $23351. I did my research and gave them an initial offer for $22750 OTD . OTD always mean Out the door price, nothing extra, everything included, without any hidden fees They send me back an offer proposal where they clearly wrote the Out the door price to be $23113.
