Friendly staff. Dr. Hanson was very thorough and explained everything well. Thankfully I didn’t need a root canal, but if I ever do, I will definitely be calling his office.
I have had several root canals and Dr. Hanson was hands down the best experience I've had. The staff was friendly and got me situated quickly. Dr. Hanson was professional and pleasant and did a great job on my tooth. I was quick and painless. Highly recommend.
We decided to not move forward with this office due to the office staff being so unprofessional. Both ladies were very unfriendly to deal with and not helpful at all. I believe one of their names is Cindy. After our second visit we decided to never return. This office only cares about getting as many patients in as possible. If you ask Cindy or her office friend any questions they treat you like your a huge inconvenience and you're bothering them. Wow! This was my 5th root canal in my lifetime. First time I had no pain after numbness wore off...or the next day. ZERO. NADA. Did not have to take any of the pain killers prescribed. I was so happy! Will go back to Dr Hanson if I ever need another root canal.
Dr. Hanson is professional in every way. I was in pain and even though he couldn't work me into his busy schedule he took the time to perform X Rays, an exam, and write prescriptions for the pain and infection. His schedule was booked so he called another clinic and got me in for a root canal. His contacting the other orthodontists and conveying my problem, pain, and forwarding records to them was invaluable. When I asked what I how much I owed him, he said nothing. Need I say more; Outstanding!
