Sherri is a wonderful, caring person and is very passionate about what she does and you can tell that she loves to help and make sure those in need are taken care of no matter what!
I had personal care for several years. I appreciate the consensus, caring care givers that worked hard and diligent in my behalf . My daily care was thorough and loving. I always new I would have care.
I personally would give this "business" zero stars if available. This company is the most unorganized and incompetent home health service around. The caregivers call out at the last minute. No one from the office wants to help. The office crew talks to my mother like she is stupid. They have not provided the care that they promised. They need better training and more compassion for their clients. Thankfully they are dismissing my step-dads care as of May 16th! Maybe we will be able to find someone soon!
