Pretty upset when a company doesnt even answer phones or return calls. Many others do so much better. I get that there was huge hail storm recently but we have had 5 companies come out already with the surge. All of them answered and returned called easily. Neighbors hired them and they started working at 530 in the morning... most places are courteous and wait until at least 7... I get that its hot... but still... ridiculous to start that early. I have a large roof and 11/2o24 Hanson roofing put a new roof on. They were polite and professional, could not have ask for a better team. I will be using them in the future.
