We just moved in to a beautiful home. Amazing team at DR Horton Hanson ridge. Mr John Rosco was wonderful to work with, from start to finish and got me a very good rate. Thank you very much Mr. John.
Buyers and renters beware of the HOA before purchasing a home in this neighborhood. It’s not allowed to be ran by the neighborhood residents and is instead a management company that is a money trap and calls violations like they’re trying to meet a ticket quota.
Beautiful floor plans at really great prices. DR Horton builds a really great home and can’t wait to move in to that neighborhood. Also, Joshua and Dale are patient and experts in their community.
Every part of buying our first home has been a breeze. We were warned of all the nightmares that come with purchasing a house and we found that to be the opposite of our experience. Tiffany was amazing to work with, Tyler was amazing…the whole DR Horton crew. Everyone was prompt, responsive, and went out of their way to accomplish any request, answer every question, and made us feel as if they were working with a family member…not a perfect stranger. I would work with Tiffany and her team over and over again.
