Dr Hanson Wong was my PPC for many years. He was fabulous. But during my last visit in 2024 he did nothing during my annual physical. And I most annoyed that he would not answer my medical condition question, when I know that he knew the answer.
I had a severe pain on my right shoulder. it's been three days since my last visit to Dr. Wong and my pain is 90% gone. He is one of the world's top class doctors.
Not recommended: 1-Everytime I come in or bring my toddlers, we never leave with a solution or cause to the problem, just antibiotics. 2-When my children suffer from the same ailment, I interpret that to mean he didn't resolve it the first time and I do not feel obligated to pay him over and over for the same thing with no solution or no different methods being done. Continued... 5-His staff makes a lot of time consuming mistakes, such as when I finally demand a referral they refer you to someone not accepting new patients or forget to put the correct body part for the referral so then the new dr can't even treat me. 6-He takes a lot of time off (weeks at a time) to do missionary work, which is nice. The first time we met him, he seemed to listen fairly well to my concerns about my recent allergy issues (hives, itchiness in the last 6 months), but he basically said to take Zyrtec. I am not the kind of person to just take a pill and not figure out the root cause. He did not give me a referral to an allergist for further testing and he did not give one to my husband for a dermatologist to check his moles. We left feeling rushed, disappointed and lost, with no real answers.
