This company refuses to fix our order. Our garage doors were put in without glass and thats the way it was ordered. And paid for! They will not return phone calls and they will not fix what they did wrong. Its been eight months now of us, Calling and calling. We even went to the location to talk to the owner face-to-face and the doors were locked, but we can tell they are still running the business.
We called Hanson Garage Door because we had an emergency problem and needed someone right away. They did come out the same day, but the technician had a terrible attitude and complained about having to do the repair until we called him on his bad attitude. Then, about three months later, the same problem occurred and we were told by the garage door repair guy that the Hanson guy had put in the wrong type of springs! Oh brother! I definitely do NOT recommend Hanson Garage Door Repair.
My wife had her garage door installed by them and was extremely pleased. We needed to replace the two lower panels ( my wife ran into them due to her vision issues) not his fault. We called him and after a few calls he finally showed up. We agreed ( verbally) to a price. We been trying to get him to come over and pick up the money. He always says I'll call you! Never happens. Very poor customer **********************. Not the way to treat customers.
