Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

dr hanson scheduled surgery, and now, no one will return my calls, will not contact the hospital, will not return calls to the anastegeologist, will not call the patient, will not follow through after being pre registered, what a joke!! How afwul!! No follow through, I am filing a complaint!
