I couldn't have been more disappointed with my experience there. This place came highly recommended during my recent stay in the area. I went inside to place a to go order. First, it took several minutes for staff to greet me let alone even notice me. It seemed like total chaos and it was clear they were understaffed. Beautiful views, wonderfully attentive staff, and great atmosphere. And the food and cocktails are superb!
Food was delicious but service was lacking. Waitress was by far the worst we’ve had in years! Ordered a can of cider and it came opened with a chunk of food on top. Had to ask twice for water. We were one of maybe 7 tables so not busy by any means. Requested a printed receipt and never received. Ordered a second cider with a glass, got the cider but no glass.
