Hanson Heating did the HVAC on a new home we built in 2015. We just recently decided to test our air quality and found it was poor. Upon further investigation (up in the rafters above the furnace) I found that the fresh air intake was never connected to the air handling unit. It was just sitting there on top closed up. I called Hanson (as their sticker was on the unit) and told them what I found. They said they'd send someone out in a few weeks and we scheduled an appointment. We found out first thing in the morning that our furnace was not working and they were here by Noon to diagnose the issue and we had a furnace by the next day. They had great customer service and followed through on what they said they would do. Provided great knowledge and I will definitely contact them again for any furnace needs or when we replace our AC unit. Thanks again for the great work.
