Hanson Heating did the HVAC on a new home we built in 2015. We just recently decided to test our air quality and found it was poor. Upon further investigation (up in the rafters above the furnace) I found that the fresh air intake was never connected to the air handling unit. It was just sitting there on top closed up. We found out first thing in the morning that our furnace was not working and they were here by Noon to diagnose the issue and we had a furnace by the next day. They had great customer service and followed through on what they said they would do. Provided great knowledge and I will definitely contact them again for any furnace needs or when we replace our AC unit. Thanks again for the great work.

Good quality at fair price and everything done on time with a clean work space when they are finished. When you call you talk direct with the owner, so clear and direct information is provided on the spot instead of the typical let me talk with my boss and I will get back to you. Marsha, the owner, is very compassionate and takes all the time needed to make certain you understand your options and all done with no pressure...no contractor bully nonsense when you communicate with her, rather like talking with a family member.
