While her father may have been a highly respected attorney in Humboldt County, it's clear that she does not follow in his footSteps. As someone who has witnessed this attorney's performance in court, I am appalled by her lack of professionalism and integrity. While representing the mother and grandmother of my two sons in a custody battle, she consistently relied on lies, hearsay, and irrelevant information to gain an advantage. They're very helpful
I paid good money and Rory failed to provide rudimentary legal advice, a court reporter, or to even inform me of the law, let alone let allow the judge to violate the code of judicial ethics, and let my unrepresented ex out-menouver time and again. Since Rory took all my money, I now have to take the judge to court unrepresented, and sue my lawyer who everyone said was "best lawyer in town" while my child resides on another continent.
