DISHONEST CROOKS: USAA insurance customers need to refuse these THIEVES; we caught them double billing us and our insurance for over $5,000; we had to shut down our renovation until we could bring in the USAA regional auditor who found gross violations; ultimately they were suspended by the insurance company and had to settle with us for over $7,000 - but not until we had to impound insurance payment checks and fire at least a dozen corrupt, incompetent, or inept subcontractors. They are available 24/7 and they work with your insurance company so you don't have to! They do the WHOLE job!! They take it out AND put it back in!! It's ALWAYS better to have a one stop shop!!
The work was done. Handed the insurance checks over to Hanson Construction. HANSON CONSTRUCTION CASHED THE INSURANCE CHECKS AND NEVER PAYED Macadam Flooring and Design in Portland, Or. HANSON CONSTRUCTION TOLD ME TO TO GO PICK OUT MY CARPET/ FLOORING THERE. Since Macadam flooring did not get payed they are now putting a lien on our house for the amount owing from the carpet/flooring. Hanson came out to my home at 2:30 in the morning and saved my home from an overflowing toilet that was running through my kitchen ceiling. The Mitigation crew was amazing and attentive, In 3 days my home went from soaked to torn out and then the built me a temporary kitchen and closed walls up and covered floors leaving a very comfortable kitchen to use for the few weeks while we got things lined up for the project.
