I’ve been calling this place for weeks to ask them how to pay the bill, but they never answered. Please answer. We can’t even pay… Update… I tried calling regarding a billing issue, and the phone system instructs you to dial 4 for billing. Unfortunately, no one ever answers. I called multiple times during business hours with no response. They never returned the calls either. The staff and dentist were both respectful and kind, even though I was negligent in the care of my teeth, they’re working With me on getting the issues resolved. If you need a dentist, check them out

As a new patient, I got an appointment the next week. The Professional Staff was outstanding, very detail oriented and very gentle. I’m glad my insurance company suggested this provider
Very impressed with Dr Nate Hanson, who was able to see spouse on short notice. Fingers crossed the procedure will proceed smoothly, but the doctor, his team, and staff seem terrific! Will update later. Update: The doctor (and Brittany and his team) treat patients like family; they insisted on the right lab preparation for crowns/bridges and ensure the patient feels very comfortable.
