Avery from Hansens was terrific again! He arrived on time as expected. They both took time to explain different ways to extend the life of the water heater in addition to the flush service they came to work on today. Every time Avery entered my home, he made sure to alert me before coming in. My dog even gave him the sniff test and said he passed with flying colors!
