I have been a long time customer & have always had amazing service. The staff is wonderful and the flower arrangements are outstanding, I have never had any complaints! Flowers are always the freshest, handled with care, and beautifully put together. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
The way they set my daughter baby shower with flowers ! Is was like a platinum wedding !it was spectacular !

DO NOT BUY FLORALS HERE the lady, or man whatever the case may be was so rude that he/she told me to call someone else because she wouldnt be able to make me happy and then hung up in my face. Whatever happened to a little customer service for the people who are trying to spend there money with you?!!
Although the shop has recently moved, their new location is just gorgeous inside. Not only that, but the staff is just as helpful and friendly as always! They will always be my florist of choice in this area.

I just recently visited their new location at 1040 Post Road to see what they have to offer. After visiting Bruce's Flowers in Norwalk, they recommended Hansen's as well. I must say, I am impressed! Their store is beautiful, and the stuff was very helpful. Their designs are definitely something! Although they have your traditional, they also have really cool contemporary stuff, too - which is great for the younger generation... like me! I'll definitely be using them in the future.
I really like this florist. I ordered a rose-filled arrangement for a party. It was gorgeous and lasted for over 2 1/2 weeks. The staff is also extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them.
