Wonderful company! My vehicle’s breaks malfunctioned while I was in a parking lot, preparing to drive to work. Tim showed up within 20 minutes of my call, was very professional, and went above and beyond after bringing my car to the repair shop by offering me a ride home! I’m so grateful to have chosen their service!
HIGHLY recommend Tim with Hansen’s Towing. I called and said I needed my car to the dealer (35 minutes away) within an hour and a half. Tim took the challenge! He was timely, kind, professional, helpful, and overall just wonderful to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who has towing needs. He was also affordable! Thank you so much, Tim!
Mr. Hansen was extremely polite and helpful and very quick!! He wasn't pushy and even gave me a ride to my destination. Service is unmatched and it shows!! My hopes is that I won't need the services but if I do and it's in the area, he's who I'm calling!!
HIGHLY recommend Hansen's Towing!! We called Tim at 8:50 PM and asked him if he could tow our classic car that was stranded on the side of the road. He was on his way home from a long day of work, almost home, and came to rescue us! Such a nice, friendly guy! We called several other towing companies that claimed "24 hour service" who never even answered the phone. We are very thankful for his service.
I had my car break down in the middle of a busy intersection, and Tim came to the rescue. He was extremely polite, professional, and patient the entire time. He handled everything quickly and safely, and his calm attitude really helped ease my stress in the moment. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me out when I needed it most.
