HIGHLY recommend Tim with Hansen’s Towing. I called and said I needed my car to the dealer (35 minutes away) within an hour and a half. Tim took the challenge! He was timely, kind, professional, helpful, and overall just wonderful to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who has towing needs. He was also affordable! Thank you so much, Tim!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hansen's Towing!!! Not only is Tim quick, reliable, friendly, kind, professional, and helpful...he is also very caring...an all around great guy. Tim is timely, courteous, professional, understanding, and very helpful! He was at my house in 10 minutes from the call to pull my vehicle to the dealership. It was not starting, and luckily, he has a magic touch and got it to start so we didn't need the tow after all, but waited for me to drive it around the block to make sure all was well. A real class act who puts customer service first. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a tow in the region!
Imagine your away for work, your teenage son on his way to work has a blow out. He is on the side of a busy road by himself. He calls you, you can't get a hold of anyone who can help him. I call Hansens towing. Tim assures me he is only 10 minutes away from my son. He tows my son to his friends shop, changes the tire and sends my son off to work in under than 30 minutes of the blow out. Without receiving a penny at this point. I was calling around for a tow on Sunday morning. Tim was one of the few that actually answered and had the car up and loaded in 30 minutes from the time of the phone call. Professional and courteous service. Would recommend.
