I had my car break down in the middle of a busy intersection, and Tim came to the rescue. He was extremely polite, professional, and patient the entire time. He handled everything quickly and safely, and his calm attitude really helped ease my stress in the moment. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me out when I needed it most. Truly outstanding service — thank you, Tim!
HIGHLY recommend Hansen's Towing!! We called Tim at 8:50 PM and asked him if he could tow our classic car that was stranded on the side of the road. He was on his way home from a long day of work, almost home, and came to rescue us! Such a nice, friendly guy! We called several other towing companies that claimed "24 hour service" who never even answered the phone. We are very thankful for his service.
Tim was a tremendous help today. Trying to help a friend get his Ford Escape home from an auto repair shop but the issues were to severe to keep it on the road. Thankfully Tim was right around the corner and was able to get us picked up within minutes and he brought the vehicle to my house for me. Incredibly fast service at a great price, very thankful he was able to help us out today. Thanks again Tim!
HIGHLY recommend Tim with Hansen’s Towing. I called and said I needed my car to the dealer (35 minutes away) within an hour and a half. Tim took the challenge! He was timely, kind, professional, helpful, and overall just wonderful to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who has towing needs. He was also affordable! Thank you so much, Tim!
My car's power steering went out just as I was getting home one night, just having to do 2 turns to get to my parking spot was almost impossible so I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it to a shop the next day. So in the morning I called up Tim to tow me and he helped call around to shops that had availability that day and the parts my car needed. Great guy to work with!
