Just had a vehicle towed for service by Hansen’s Towing. Tim was awesome! Answered my call quickly, arrived in 20 minutes just like he said he would and was super nice and professional! If you need a tow please reach out to Hansen’s! You won’t be disappointed!!
HIGHLY recommend Tim with Hansen’s Towing. I called and said I needed my car to the dealer (35 minutes away) within an hour and a half. Tim took the challenge! Wonderful company! My vehicle’s breaks malfunctioned while I was in a parking lot, preparing to drive to work. Tim showed up within 20 minutes of my call, was very professional, and went above and beyond after bringing my car to the repair shop by offering me a ride home! I’m so grateful to have chosen their service!
My car's power steering went out just as I was getting home one night, just having to do 2 turns to get to my parking spot was almost impossible so I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it to a shop the next day. So in the morning I called up Tim to tow me and he helped call around to shops that had availability that day and the parts my car needed. Great guy to work with!
Tim was very friendly and had great customer service, was able to help me with a tow that day and at a very competitive price, would highly recommend.
