I always use Hansen Title & Legal Services for title work on my real estate transactions!! Jay and his team are top-notch. They respond quickly, are accurate, and fast! I wrote an accepted offer on Monday, and we closed Wednesday at Hansen Title & Legal Services!! We needed some simple estate planning done- Jay was going to send us paperwork- after a few days we called- his computer wasn’t working so he had his secretary send it. We filled it out sent it back and waited. Finally after a week we called back- he said he had been busy, but we got an appt. We met with Jay and he was supposed to send us out more paperwork to approve- another week, another call, and then got the paperwork.
