I was skeptical the recommended work was going to fully solve the problem going on with my water heater exhaust. But since the work was done and we lit it up again it’s been surprisingly fully fixed and you feel almost no heat around the immediate exhaust area anymore. They really know what they are doing!
All aspects of our job were done professionally and in a timely fashion. We had a bid within a week of our initial contact and our job was scheduled to be done within another week. A crew of three came to our house and their mortar repairs were exceeded what others had done previously and our expectations. The work was done quickly and no mess was left for us to clean up. Everyone I dealt with at Hansen & Sons Chimney & Fireplace was very friendly, competent & professional. Mason, Chuck, Jason along with the crew of masons were all amazing to work with. They took the time to explain what should be done and why it should be done. They took the time to make sure any carpeting was covered and when the work was completed, everything was cleaned up. We were very happy Hansen & Sons!
