We were impressed with how knowledgeable Jeremy was and how easy he was to understand and see exactly what and why he was doing things. He was very careful while cleaning the fireplace and explained why is was so important to have it cleaned at least every two years. Upon inspecting the chimneys, he pointed out several problems. He corrected one of one immediately and gave me an estimate to resolve the other one. Professional at all times.
