This guy is horrible. If you want nothing but disappointment, overpriced crap, and just torture for being his customer, then use Hansen. Rigging is life or death stuff if you spend time on your boat. I would be safe and avoid this guy.
I have used Hansen rigging on my Pearson 424 in the past, but I never will again because he rudely shooed me off his portion of the sidewalk while I was waiting to pick up a family member from a nearby business. He treated me like some super suspicious criminal character while I was just standing there looking at my phone dressed business casual with my little dog on a leash. So far so good - my Jeanneau 49 has oversized rigging - not easy to find - he was proactive in sourcing the new stainless from overseas, provided knowledgable advice, and put the order in quickly. Great personality - I'll update on pricing, delivery, and construciton once complete.
Glenn has improved upon and solved problems with my Hans Christian 38 for over 25 years. I appreciate his experience and quality work.
