We love the renovation done by Steve Hansen. We started with an interior redo to open up the dining room and living room. The luxury vinyl flooring in sterling oak wood grain has heating which is great! The modern studio shed is amazing and the patio and garden wall have really transformed the yard. Steve also installed two European 6ft windows in the front of the house where before there was only a brick wall.

We love our new shower. Almost twice as big as the small, leaking shower we had before. Hansen Renovations were easy to work with and did everything exactly as we wanted. Our shower remodel even included replacing the drain so we can enjoy our new shower for decades to come.
Steve is very pleasant and communicative. We had the idea to enclose our porch with windows, and he made it happen. We love the new space. We always knew what was going on. He gave us plenty of lead time to make the choices for the project. Will definitely use him again for the next project.
DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT. The whole process with Steve has been absolutely hell. For starters the time estimate on the project was 60-75 days turned into 8 months. There were literally weeks between some visits and communications. His excuse was that his crew of 12 become a crew of 3 so if that doesn't tell you all you need to know about how he runs things I don't know what to tell you.
