If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was beyond frustrating and it was honestly heartbreaking. We only recently found out about this situation after our mom confided in us, and it made it even harder to hear what she went through. My single mother had been living with a bucket catching a roof leak in her home for over 2 years, saving up just to finally get it fixed. This is absolutely the most professional company I have ever worked with. Everything was done on time and Steve was a great communicator. If you want professional work done and you want them to do it in a way where they care about your time and your money and your investment than this is the company for you.

I’m so happy with my new backyard, deck, front concrete steps, driveway, and walkway. Though there were delays with materials, I was informed daily, which I greatly appreciated. Steve Hansen is trustworthy, honest, very skilled, and helpful in guiding my renovation. I highly recommend him.
Hansen Rennovations was hired to replace the roof on two condo units in Orem. The roofing was done, but the rain gutters were never put on. Consequently with the recent rains, flooding has become a problem on the property. Steve Hansen, owner, was paid in full on good faith that the job would be finished.
