I got a service about a month ago and I just now realized that the guys at Hansen's fixed my windshield wiper blower thing. It hasn't worked since I bought the car, well it works but it doesn't shoot the washer fluid in the right spot, I work at a dealership here in town and even though it probably didn't take enough time to worry about we definitely would have added another 15-20 minutes to the invoice. I stopped by today because my 2024 Toyota needed an Oil Change (and I work two streets over). I asked for 5W-30 and they proceeded to tell me my engine needs 0W-8 instead, which I never heard of and is more expensive. I was annoyed but agreed. After departure, I discovered they were right and I was wrong and now my car runs much better!
