Highly recommend! Great prices and service. Techs are attentive and effective. Hansen's has been servicing my vehicle for a few years now and as long as they are open, I will continue using and recommending them!
So I took my car in to get an oil change and it was leaking oil for 2 days. I took it back and one of the mechanics told me that my oil filter housing wasn't tightened and it was not their fault. Umm you have to remove the oil filter housing to change the oil filter. They didn't tighten it back up after replacing the oil filter. My car could have blew up with how much oil I lost due to it leaking. I may be a woman but I know what you have to do to change the oil in my car.
