I've been going to Hansen lube for years and I intend to keep my business at MILLS QUICK LUBE. I am glad that they kept the main employee, he is quick, kind and always intentive he amazes all his customers for one man to do a job of what should be 2 maybe 3 and also have to run the front part of the office. This used to be a great place to get your oil changed. They would check all the fluids. Show you samples and let you know if they needed changed or not. I just stopped in to get the oil changed, I was there for 5 minutes and the vehicle was already done. The ticket didn’t even show what kind of oil they used when they changed it. And they did not check any of the other fluids. Finally they didn’t even change the sticker in the window. I’m starting to wonder if they even changed the oil for as short of a time I was there. A great place to have your vehicle serviced. I’ve been coming here since the late 1990’s. Recently there was an issue where I was overcharged for a service. Two weeks later the owner called and talked to me and refunded me the amount I was overcharged (actually a little more). Now that’s good customer service! I’ll be back…
