I had an unfortunate experience with this real estate and property management company. Throughout my time working with them, I found communication to be inefficient and, many times, lacking clarity. My Client Gussie did in fact have the funds, and it was not 3 weeks, it was 48 hours to pay the property management company, but she explained to Katherine that she was on a work trip 5 hours away and to get to her local bank in Charlotte within the weekend was impossible. This Management Company is the absolute worst. I am not a tenant. Never have been. Lets be clear lease was drawn on the 22nd and you insisted on payment by credit card payment or cashiers check after taking your time to approve me. Then when I'm out of town you say I need it now. I have had a wonderful experience with Hansen property management. Mark and Katherine have been efficient and very helpful marketing my property and keeping my best interest as a homeowner in mind. I appreciate their honesty and transparency with the process and know that they are working hard to find qualified tenants for my property.
Unprofessional. Never answer calls or texts. They don’t even answer messages you send on their website. They take over a week to process a simple rental application. Doing business with them will be nothing short of disappointing. I personally haven’t received anything in regard to my application from Hansen Property Management directly and it’s been weeks.
