I would recommend not renting through this company and Cathrine especially. 1. We were required to have it professionally cleaned yet when we moved in there was crap left on the porch and the floors were dirty. 2. We had 3 separate leaks that happened which is not their fault and they dealt with the 1st one in a timely manner but the one that happened in our spare bathroom took six months to finish. I had an unfortunate experience with this real estate and property management company. Throughout my time working with them, I found communication to be inefficient and, many times, lacking clarity. Despite multiple follow-ups, responses were ineffective, which created unnecessary frustration. I was especially disappointed by the overall approach of the owner, as I did not feel that my concerns were addressed with the level of care or professionalism I expected. My Client Gussie did in fact have the funds, and it was not 3 weeks, it was 48 hours to pay the property management company, but she explained to Katherine that she was on a work trip 5 hours away and to get to her local bank in Charlotte within the weekend was impossible. This Management Company is the absolute worst. I am not a tenant. Never have been. Lets be clear lease was drawn on the 22nd and you insisted on payment by credit card payment or cashiers check after taking your time to approve me. Then when I'm out of town you say I need it now. I have had a wonderful experience with Hansen property management. Mark and Katherine have been efficient and very helpful marketing my property and keeping my best interest as a homeowner in mind. I appreciate their honesty and transparency with the process and know that they are working hard to find qualified tenants for my property.
