Hansen Price was wonderful to work with after I was rear-ended in my Acura. They sent me a whole packet including a certified diminished value appraisal, sample form letters, credentials, tips, etc. It was fast and easy and I received a check for $3,000 in diminished value from Oregon Mutual within a few. Hoping to avoid any future accidents but I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

HORRIBLE mistake using Hansen and Price for a Diminished Value appraisal for my car that was hit by an individual that had admitted liability. Followed all of Hansen and Price's directions, sent my claim off to State Farm, liable company, with the provided paperwork. I didn't realize this place was associated with Leif's until the guy gave me his email and it was @leifsdotcom. I have vowed to never use or support Leif's after hearing all of the bad reviews and bad press. Even the BBB had nothing nice to say. Pretty shady to lure people in under the shell company and then funnel "additional repairs" through Leif's. I'll be using someone else for my DV report and I suggest you do too.
