Ordered and paid for new glasses over a month ago. Rang to find where they were and put on hold till timed out. (Other glasses I ordered via an on-line supplier arrived after 3 days, so I will never order glasses with Hansens again).
This is the best optometrist in Orange! The admin staff were very friendly, and the doctor explained everything clearly. Compared to other clinics, I highly recommend this one. Truly the best clinic ever!
Hansen Optometrists Eyecare Plus have always provided me with excellent customer service. They have always been very good with ongoing service. I have been a customer for over 50 years.
After vision distress from a corneal operation I presented to see if they could correct the subsequent refractive errors with spectacles, after failing elsewhere. Not too hopeful. But Ms Esma… is most skilful and was able to re-enable good vision again for me. I am most grateful to her. Hansen’s is a wonderful bedrock asset for Orange and the people of the central west. Never again. Horrid selection of glasses but was super excited about sunglasses so I settled on the glasses too. Sunglasses weren’t available, was told this after they made sure the glasses were well on the way instead of before the glasses were made. So now I’m stuck with these glasses I don’t really care for. MAKE SURE YOU PICK FRAMES BEFORE EYE EXAM. 🤦🤡
