Absolutely great service. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a pipe break in my wall and he did an excellent job on not only fixing the problem but making everything look like new again. One of the best.

We just had our vents cleaned yesterday by Hansen Heating and it was a wonderful experience! We had a terrible experience with another company a few years ago so I was super hesitant to do this again. Hansen did an AMAZING job! I was fully prepared to have to dust and vacuum after they were done, but there was ZERO mess! If you’re on the fence, do it! The two guys who came out knew exactly what they were doing and took the care to ensure there wasn’t work for me to do when they left. Thank you, Hansen!

Had my ejector pump go out on me this afternoon and I called Hansen. Great experience from the lovely woman I dealt with on the phone to the two gentleman that came out and fixed the problem. From first phone call to pump being fixed was about 3.5 hours. Can not expect anything better then that. Also I felt the price was extremely reasonable. Great service. I will be using them again!!
Called on Monday stating my water heater pilot light would not light and I was 99% sure we needed a new water heater. Schedule for Wednesday afternoon as I that was when I stated I was able to find coverage at work Supposed to be here around. I call after 3 to be told there were many emergency calls and someone would be out. No courtesy call to let me know they were running later than expected. Then to find out that I am down for a water heater check, not installation! Supposedly I didn't say we didn't have hot water...can't... read more
Since moving into my townhome two years ago, I've had Hansen H&P clean the air ducts, cut a hole in my ceiling to find and secure a noisy air duct, install a tankless water heater (love it), and inspect and clean the furnace. They are competent, professional, patient to hear me out, creative, and just really nice people.
Beginning to end GREAT service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
