I have been going here for years and Dr Hansen has always done a great job with my whole family. I had come here because my son who has adhd and aspergers wouldnt open his mouth for the dentists. i happen to find her office and made an appt . My son Christian was very scared but she has a great demeanor with him. He is now grown and we all go there now. She is fantastic.
I am so disappointed. I don't even know if thatsthe word to use. every time i request the owner to work on mine and childrens kids and they just blow me off like i don't even matter then stick me with an incompetent dentist who probably just got out of dental chool. Customer service is poor, the front dest is extrmemly rude. I requested to talk to the manager Melissa and she was very snappy. no amends were made and they did not want to cooperate to make things right.
