Dillon was great to work with! He gave us a reasonable price for replacing our faucet and got it done the next day. Will definitely be using again for any plumbing needs.
I had a failed capacitor and Ace, the technician, had the name brand part on hand to replace under warranty. I first heard my ac unit trying to turn on unsuccessfully around 11 am. Hansens could have sent someone immediately but I opted for the later afternoon. The whole experience was very seamless and relatively inexpensive. Great experience!
I recently had a leak as indicated by my water bill. After searching my yard for the leak and reducing the watering to my plants, I finally decided that I needed an expert to locate my leak. Javier was my technician and he was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He tracked the leak down methodically, explained to me everything he was doing and then proceded to look over my house's plumbing system for potential issues.
