Shelby and our installer were great to work with.
Excellent job , Technician attempted a repair before a replacement So I was sure the unit was no longer serviceable. He brought the new unit to the house, installed it , put in new top plumbing , a new shut off valve and a drain pan that I didn't have before. This is an Arizona local family owned business. I've used them before and I'll use them again.
Hansen family plumbing did a great job. Chad worked tirelessly and diligently to help get the plumbing needs around our new home met! He was timely, courteous, and professional. He was also very forthright with what issues were urgent and which could wait when he provided our estimate, which was very helpful. Pricing was fair. Will definitely use them again if we have plumbing issues in the future!
Isaac came here to check our AC unit. It was very old and we figured we were due to replace it. Isaac was very thorough with photos, videos, and diagrams of all the things that were wrong or not working correctly. He did an excellent job of explaining everything to us. We decided to get a new AC unit installed and are very confident that it will be done correctly. I highly recommend this company.
