Nel's was great as doing a thorough inspection of my current AC unit. I was requesting a quote. He provided me with replacement options, did a excellent job explaining items, and provided a list of items to consider for now and in the future.
Hansen Family was prompt getting to my place, determined the problem and got it corrected right away, Nelson stayed late to complete the job too!
Very responsive and professional communication, technicians have ample availability to address issues quickly.
Hansen’s is great, I’ve used their services for at least the past 3-years. Always a good experience. I don’t bother searching for other providers when I have a home service need.
Nels was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the service.
