Our wellness check took 2hrs. With a total of being with the Doctor or Nurse maybe 20min . The rest of the time was spent in the waiting room and exam room. It was an awful experience
This place is horrible and I will be finding another doctor!! I called to make an appointment for my 15 year old daughter because of frequent headaches and vision problems she’s been experiencing and the receptionist, Ally, told me my account was supposedly on hold do to a billing issue. I never received an outstanding bill, so I called the billing department with no answer and no call back when I left message.
