So far the ordering of the pole barn has been a great experience. The staff was so awesome. When I had a question, they got back to me in a very timely manner and was so polite when speaking to them over the phone. They are no photos yet to be uploaded. As I am only in the first stages on the pole barn. ( ordering and accepting the terms and prints.).
Very attentive, patient and kind. Allowed me time to make decisions and helped me design a house Im truly going to love.
Very helpful, and made the process simple.with there knowlege.
Just wrapping up the build of our pole barn. It was a great experience - Rachel and Justine were top notch. They both went the extra mile to take care of any issues we had. With a few minor exceptions, the plans, instructions, and materials supplied made it easy to get a good quality result. The wood was unbelievable - it was better wood than I can buy locally and I live in the Pacific North West. Highly recommend Hansen if you are interested in a Pole Barn.
